Heavy industries can depend on the tightest tolerances and outstanding quality control throughout our AS9100D certified QMS manufacturing process.
On-site quality control engineers continuously measure and analyze our processes to verify optimal results and superb product performance. We collaborate directly with our clients to assess how a component will be used and engineer it to meet the specific end application.
Using specialized in-house equipment, our quality control engineers perform rigorous product inspections and failure analysis.
We have dimensional and surface testing tools in our labs including:
● Calipers
● CMM (x28”y40”z24”)
● Hardness testers
● Micrometers
● Surface testers
● Various bore, height, pin, and custom gauges
● AllTech acquires Mill Test Reports certifying traceability of all raw materials and conducts frequent quality audits of our offshore vendors.
We offer traceability/testing/coding services per customer requirement:
● Casting/forging lot coding and tracking system
● Serial number tracking
● X-ray and magnetic particle testing
● All dimensional, hardness, chemical, mechanical, and ultrasonic testing are also offered by our partner facilities.
